Nyoirinji Temple is a temple belonging to the Shingon sect of Buddhism.
The temple is called Frog Temple because the priest of the temple keeps many frog figurines on the temple grounds.












One of the sceneries of summer in Japan is wind chimes.
At this temple, you can enjoy wind chimes from June to September.

Within the precincts of this temple is the Susanoo Shrine.
