KaguraKaikan (Kagura Hall) is a facility where you can watch Kagura.
Kagura is a dance that is mainly dedicated to the spirits of shrines.

The following images are from the Saito Kofun Festival.
After offering Kagura to the spirits of the Tuma Shrine, the festival begins.
Kagura is sometimes performed with masks and costumes.
Kagura, a dance performed at a shrine, is a very sacred ritual.

Saito Kofun Festival is here.

The purpose of KaguraKaikan (Kagura Hall) is to show Kagura to the audience.
For this reason, we also do things like ad-libbing to entertain the audience.
This Kagura is not as sacred as the Kagura of a shrine.
There are also many Kagura dancing groups all over Japan.
