Yame Festival was held in Yame, Fukuoka in September 2022.
The main events at the Yame Festival took place from September 23 to 25.
One of the sites of the event was Fukushima Hachimangu Shrine and its approach.
Here we introduce the Fukushima Hachimangu Shrine and its surroundings at the Yame Festival.

Toro-Ningyo (Lantern-Doll) of Yame-Fukushima will be performed at Fukushima Hachimangu Shrine during the Yame Festival.
Yame-Fukushima's Toro-Ningyo (Lantern-Doll) is a karakuri puppet show that can currently only be seen here in Japan.
Fukushima Hachimangu Shrine enshrines Emperor Ojin, Jingu-kogo, and Takeuchi-no-sukune.
The purpose of this Toro-Ningyo (Lantern-Doll) performance is to dedicate the performance to the spirits enshrined at the Fukushima Hachimangu Shrine.
